Prusa Core One nozzle laying down a part on the build plate

Custom parts, designed and 3D printed in North Texas.

Aircraft mechanic by trade. Same standard on every part.

Broken, discontinued, or still an idea in your head. I spend my day job as an aircraft mechanic, where a part is either right or it is a problem waiting on somebody. Same thinking here. I model it, print it on my own Prusa and Bambu Lab machines, and check the fit before you ever see it.

What I do

Draw it, print it, stand behind it.

One shop, one set of hands. Nobody's guessing what you meant, and there's no middleman to point at when something comes out wrong.

Design

You describe it. I draw it.

About half my jobs show up with no file at all. A photo, a napkin sketch, or the broken piece itself. I measure it, model it in CAD, and print a test fit first, because I'd rather find the problem than hand it to you.

  • No file? I draw it from your sketch or photo.
  • Got an idea? I turn it into something you can hold.
  • Broken original? I scan it and redraw it better.

Manufacture

Printed here, on my machines.

FDM only, on my own Prusa and Bambu Lab printers. One part or fifty, the settings stay locked so part fifty matches part one. Nothing gets farmed out to somebody I've never met.

  • Walls, infill, and orientation set for the job.
  • Parts that take load, not just sit on a shelf.
  • Test it in your hand this week, not next month.
  • Need 20 of them? Same part, every time.

Support

If it fails, bring it back.

I'll tell you if the filament you picked is the wrong call before you pay for it. If a part cracks or fits loose, that one is on me. We adjust the design and run it again. Pick it up at the booth or I'll box it and ship it.

  • I tell you what to run it in, and why.
  • I look at your file before I print it, not after it fails.
  • Grab it at Booth A26.
  • Or I box it and ship it tracked, anywhere in the US.

Plenty of shops will run an STL you hand over and call it done. Fewer will scan your broken part, model a replacement, mention that the filament you picked will warp in a hot engine bay, and then print it right. In aviation the whole job is making the safe, legal, best available decision, every time. Your bracket gets the same thinking, even if it's only holding up a shelf.

Aircraft mechanic. Engineer. Former firefighter. I print every part myself, and I don't hand you anything I wouldn't put my name on.

How a job runs

Four steps, no mystery.

You always know where your job sits and what it costs before anything hits the build plate.

01

Send it

A photo, a sketch, an STL, or the broken part on the counter.

02

Talk and quote

How it mounts, what it holds, how hot it gets. One price, one date, before any work starts.

03

Draw, print, check

CAD, print, measure, and test fit. If it is off, it goes back on the plate, not in your hands.

04

Pickup or ship

Grab it at Booth A26 or I box it and ship it tracked.

I stock everything from PLA up through PET-CF and PA612-CF. Tell me where the part lives, how hot it gets, and what it has to hold, and I'll tell you what to run it in.
